A recent Honkai: Star Rail leak has hinted at the abilities of the newly revealed five-star character Fugue, suggesting a unique gameplay mechanic. The popular sci-fi RPG from HoYoverse has been making waves with several major reveals, including the long-awaited playable debut of Sunday and potential teases about Herta's real form in the Version 2.6 Special Program. Now, Fugue has been confirmed as a new addition coming in Version 2.7, and leaks are shedding light on her abilities.
Fugue, an alternate form of the popular four-star character Tingyun, was revealed just days after Sunday's announcement. In the game, Tingyun was exposed as an impostor created by Phantylia the Undying, with Fugue rumored to be her true form. According to prominent leaker Shiroha, Fugue’s Skill will target an ally, prompting that ally to attack an enemy and apply a special debuff. This debuff, described as a "burn" effect, will reduce the enemy’s DEF, though it reportedly cannot stack on the same enemy multiple times. Fugue is expected to be introduced in the Version 2.7 update, which is rumored to release in December.
